Workshop series summer semester 2024
If you ever looked at academia and its workings and found yourself wholly confused, do we have a workshop for you! In eight session during the summer term of 2024, different speakers from and associated with the Heidelberg Centre for Transcultural Studies will discuss their experiences in academia and offer perspectives on how to navigate this field. From the decision to embark on your PhD journey, over applying for and working in academic positions, to all the different ways you can disseminate and publish your research, the individual workshops deal with a wide array of questions and topics you may encounter in the academic life and aim to identify and illuminate associated tasks, challenges and opportunities.
